You get a usage license for the agreed channels. Full buyout or packaging-print usage is quoted. Raw files are not included unless the estimate says so.
The deposit holds the date. Cancellations and unused design rounds are on the refund page.
This site and our overseas invoices are in English. Production notes can be bilingual if your printer needs it.
