The 40% deposit holds the day. Cancel 7 or more days before the shoot and the deposit is returned minus any rented props already bought. Cancel inside 7 days and the deposit is kept. If we cancel, you get a full refund or a new date.
If no concepts have been delivered, you may cancel for a full refund. After the first route is sent, work already done is billed and the rest of the unused fee is returned.
Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment. Bank timing is set by PayPal, not by the studio. Write to studio@tujie.visual before opening a dispute.
