These terms apply to photography and graphic design work sold by Tujie Studio.
We provide commercial photography, campaign stills, packaging and graphic design, and retouching. We do not provide software, automated image reading, or advertising media buying.
A date is held when the deposit arrives. The remaining balance is due when files are delivered, unless the estimate says otherwise.
You confirm you own or may photograph and reproduce the products and artwork you send. We may refuse briefs that ask us to hide legal warnings or invent a product that was not supplied.
Unless a buyout is purchased, you receive a license for the channels named on the estimate, typically web catalog and printed lookbook. Outdoor, packaging print runs, and resale of the image are extra.
Prices are in USD unless we agree RMB in writing. PayPal may be used for overseas invoices.
