Your name, email, and brief from the contact form; billing details needed for an invoice; and the product samples or artwork you send so we can photograph or design them.
To reply, schedule, produce the job, and get paid. We do not sell your contact list. We do not use your unreleased products in public work without written permission.
Inquiry mail is kept at least 12 months. Project files are kept for a limited archive period so you can reorder crops, then removed unless you ask us to store them longer.
Payment processors such as PayPal receive only what they need to collect a fee. Hosting and file-transfer tools see the files required to deliver the job.
