A pantry brand had three carton sizes and a type system that collapsed at thumbnail size. The printer already had dielines. We did not invent a new structure; we rebuilt hierarchy, legal line placement, and a quieter color field.
Two routes went out in five days. The client picked the calmer one. After two revisions the PDFs and outline files went to the plant. A half-day photograph of the printed boxes was offered; they booked it for the following month so the stills would match the new ink.
This is the work the studio sells: graphic design for a real box, then optional photography of that box. Not image-reading software.
